The M. A. Teall Foundation was established in 1992 by Muriel A Teall with a mission to support general charitable intentions including assistance to the disabled for independent living. The Foundation supports the vision of  ILC to empower people with disabilities and to remove barriers so that responsible, self-reliant people with disabilities can more fully contribute to the economic, political and cultural life of their community.
