National Projects
IL Canada complements its work in supporting IL Centers across the country by undertaking a variety of national projects on specific areas of interest. Since its inception, IL Canada has developed expertise in a variety of issue areas affecting Canadians with disabilities, including: violence, employment, crime prevention, multiculturalism, bilingualism, and literacy. We have consistently demonstrated innovation in applying the Independent Living vision and philosophy to this work.
An overview of our current national projects is provided in this section. If you would like additional information, please contact our office.
